Powys, Charles Francis
1 January 1843 – 5 August 1923
Born in Stalbridge, Dorset. Married Mary Cowper Johnson in 1871. Father of Elenor, Gertrude, John, Littleton and Theodore. Vicar of Shirley from 1872 to 1879. In 1881 he was curate of St Peters Dorchester, Dorset. He died in Weymouth in 1923.
