STATUTORY NOTICE TO CREDITORS.
IN THE EXECUTORSHIP OF CHARLES WALKER, LATE OF SHIRLEY LODGE, IN THE COUNTY OF DERBY, FARMER.

PURSUANT to the Statute 22nd and 23rd Vic. Cap. 35, intituled "An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees," NOTICE is hereby GIVEN that all Persons claiming to be Creditors of, or preferring demands against, or affecting the Estate of CHARLES WALKER, late of Shirley Lodge, in the County of Derby, Farmer, deceased, who died on the 23rd of November, 1869, are hereby required to send particulars of their several Debts, Claims, or Demands, to JOHN MASSEY, of Hungry Bentley, in the said County of Derby, Farmer; JOSEPH MASSEY, of Shirley Old Park, in the same County, Farmer; or FRANCIS OSBORNE, of Brailsford, in the same County, Farmer, the Executors of the deceased; or to me, the undersigned, their Solicitor, at my office, in Ashborne, on or before the 19th day of November next.
And NOTICE is hereby further GIVEN, that the said Executors will, after the said 19th day of November next, proceed to distribute the assets of the said last, deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the Debts or Claims only of which they shall have had notice, and that they will not be liable for such assets or any part thereof to any person of whose Debt or Claim they shall not have had notice.
