Whereas a Petition of William Rix for seven years, previous and up to Michaelmas 1845, residing at Shirley, in the county of Derby, Farmer, and from the said Michaelmas 1845, up to Michaelmas 1847, residing in the borough of Derby, in the said county of Derby, Innkeeper. also carrying on the business of a Farmer, at Shirley aforesaid, up to August last, and now and ever since Michaelmas last residing at Shirley aforesaid, out of business, an insolvent debtor, having been filed in the County Court of Derbyshire, at Derby, and an interim order for protection from process having been given to the said William Rix, under the provisions of life Statutes in that case made and provided, the said William Rix is hereby required to appear before the said Court, on the 25th day of March instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, for his first examination touching his debts, estate, and effects, and to further dealt with according to the provisions of the said Statutes; and the choice of the creditors' assignees is to take place at the time so appointed. All personsindebted to the said William Rix, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr.Benjamin Frear, the Clerk of the said Court, at his office, at Derby, the Official Assignee of the estate and effects of he said insolvent,
