Published: 9 September 1927 NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the under-signed, Edmund Yates and Walter James Ellis, carrying on business as Haulage Contractors, at Ashborne and Hartington, both in the county of Derby, under the style or firm of YATES AND ELLIS, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent . the business hitherto carried on at Ashborne will continue to be carried on by the said Edmund Yates alone, and the business hitherto carried on at Hartington will continue to be carried on by the said Walter James Ellis alone—Dated this sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
