Twigg - Saracen's Head

In 1861 the household consisted of William and Charlotte Twigg. William was a farmer of 32 acres and victualler.

Also in the household were William Kniveton (17), described as a son in law. Priscilla Kniveton (14) listed as daughter.

Isabella Smith was the house servant.

By 1871, he's farming 50 acres with William Kniveton and Hugh Musgrove as farm servants. Phebe Ann Foster was the house servant.

In 1878 he auctioned all his livestock.

Charlotte died in 1899.
