Together or separately,
ALL that piece or parcel of LAND, lying and being in Rodgley, in the County of Derby, called, or known by the name of the Peat Hay, containing, by measure, 12 acres or thereabouts, and capable of very great improvements; now in the possession of Thomas Gilman.— Also all the piece or parcel of LAND, lying and being in the Liberty of Sturston, in the Parish of Ashborn, in the County of Derby, containing, by measure, 4 acres or thereabouts; now in the possession of Mr. Dean.— For price, and further particulars, enquire of Mr. Samuel Haslam of Woodeaves, in the parish of Tissington, in the County of Derby.
