WILLIAM TATLOW, of Rodsley, butcher, v. GEORGE BLORE, Peat Hays, near Rodsley, farmer.— Damages for breach of warranty of a cow, £8 12s. 0d.— It was clearly proved that the cow was diseased, but there was doubt as to warranty.— The case was adjourned until next court, for his Honor's decision.
