Derbyshire Advertiser and Journal - 23 October 1846

CROWN COURT
Samuel Cheetham, aged 14, and Thomas Cheetham, aged 20, charged with having on the 20th day of September, 1846, at the parish of Shirley, feloniously stolen two quarts of milk, the property of John Hill.
   Both pleaded guilty, and the younger prisoner was sentenced to one week, and the elder to one month's imprisonment.
