OAK, ASH and ELM TIMBER.
TO BE SOLD BY TICKET,
On Thursday, 30th January 1817, at John Oakden's, the Wheat Sheaf, at Ednaston, in the County of Derby;
295 OAK, ASH and ELM, with the bark, tops and lops, in 12 lots, now standing and numbered on farms at Ednaston and Shirley, in the occupations of John Walbank, John Morley, John Archer, Robt. Steeples, Robert Goodall, William Morley, Thomas Wood, Robert Dale, Richard Chawner, (Lodge Farm, the Malt House,) and Samuel Yeomans.
The above persons will shew the timber.
In some of the lots there are a few sycamore, willow, alder and birch.
Dinner at one o'clock.
N.B. The 12 lots are the timber on each farm.
