SHIRLEY CONCERT
To provide funds for repairs to the tower of Shirley Parish church, an entertainment was given by Mickleover Dramatic Society in the schoolroom last night.Three sketches were given, and items were contributed by Mr. James Gosling and Mr. Antill Osborne. A vote of thanks to Mr. and Mrs. W Goodall, of Birch House, the organisers, was passed.
