SHIRLEY DANCE.

A fancy dress dance was held in the schoolroom, Shirley, last night. Mrs. T. B. Bullock was the judge, and the prizewinners were: Women— 1 Miss F. Manifold (Eastern Lady), 2 Miss M. Brown (Grandmother). Men— 1 Mr. F. Hill (Mexican Cowboy), 2 Mr. B. Broad (Canadian Cowboy). Rev. R. E. Coates thanked Mrs Bullock. Mrs Manifold played for dancing, and Mr. C. Woodward was M.C.
