EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYED.— Annie Jeffrey, farm servant, of Longford, sued Robert Cresswell jun., of Shirley, under the Employers and Workman's Act, and claimed 3l. wages due from 11th October to 16th January.— The facts of the case revealed that some slight disagreement took place between the parties and complainant alleged her mistress told her to go, which she did.— The Bench made an order for complainant to receive 2l. 10s. and 10s. costs, and the contract to be dissolved.
