PETTY SESSIONS, Jan 20.— {Before T. O. Farmer, Esq.}— Stephen Yeomans, of Shirley, was charged with having deserted from the First Derbyshire Regiment, stationed in Dublin, in March last.— Police constable Hobson arrested prisoner at Shirley.— Sent to gaol to await an escort.
