DRUNKENNESS.— William Mason was charged with being drunk in charge of a horse and cart on the Ashbourne-road late on the previous night. Police constable Foley said the man was swaying on his seat, and not at all fit to be in charge of a horse. Prisoner, who comes from Shirley, was fined 5s. and costs. SATURDAY.
