SHIRLEY, NEAR ASHBOURNE.
FARMING STOCK, DAIRY UTENSILS, HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, AND OTHER EFFECTS.
MESSRS. OLIVER and NEWBOLD beg to give notice that they are instructed to SELL by AUCTION, on Thursday, 27th of April, 1871, (under a distress for rent), upon the farm premises of Mr. Samuel Bourne, Shirley, near Ashbourne, the whole of the FARMING STOCK, including two newly-calved cows, barren cow, mare in foal, capital yearling foal, five store pigs, quantity of poultry and pigeons, implements, carts, gearing, dairy utensils, together with the useful HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, bedroom items, kitchen requisites, and other effects.
Sale to commence at 12 o'clock.
Catalogues are now ready at the auctioneers' offices, Wardwick, Derby.
