SHIRLEY COMMON FARM, IN THE COUNTY OF DERBY.
JAMES TURNER, Auctioneer and valuer, respectfully announces to the public, that he is favoured with instructions from Mr. James Litchfield, to SELL by AUCTION, on the premises, at Shirley Common Farm, on Monday, January 7th, 1861, the whole of his useful DAIRY COWS, BARREN and FAT STOCK, consisting of one newly calved cow, 17 incalf ditto on early note, 2 incalf Heifers, one barren heifer, 2 fat cows, 1 fat bull, 4 fat pigs.
Sale to commence at 11 o'clock.
