SHIRLEY, DERBYSHIRE.
VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY.
To be SOLD by PRIVATE CONTRACT, all that substantial MESSUAGE situate in the village of Shirley, consisting of house-place, parlour, kitchen, and four bedrooms, with brew house, piggeries, gig house, stabling for three horses, cow houses for ten cows, barn and two bays, garden, orchard, and small CROFT adjoining thereto containing about one acre and a half.VALUABLE FREEHOLD PROPERTY.
Also, a CLOSE of exceedingly rich MEADOW LAND, called the Goslings, situate close to the said dwelling house and premises, and containing about 3A. 1R. 27P.
Also, another CLOSE of MEADOW or PASTURE LAND, called the Moors, in Shirley aforesaid, near to the Longford Estate, containing about 4A. 2R.. 13P.
The above property is in the possession of Mr. Rix, and will be sold together or in lots to suit purchasers, and with or without immediate possession, as may be agreed upon.
