MONSTER PARSNIPS.— In the garden of the Rev. W. Shirley, Brailsford, may be seen a bed of extraordinarily large parsnips. The gardener, Mr. Wood, took up one the other day which weighed 2¾lbs., length 22 inches, and circumference 14½ inches. This is a fair specimen of the entire bed, as few can be found that weigh less than 2lbs.
