WHITEHALL, JAN. 28th.— The Queen has presented the Rev. E. W. Michell, clerk, bachelor of civil law, to the vicarage of Shirley-cum-Yeaveley, in the County of Derby and diocese of Litchfield, the same being void by the promotion of W. A. Shirley D.D., to the see of Sodor and Man.— Gazette
The Right Rev. Dr. Shirley, the newly appointed Bishop of Man, arrived at that island Friday last.
