BEFORE P. B. LE HUNT, and C. HEATHCOTE, Esqrs.
Miss Wibberley, of Shirley, summoned Ann Morley, her servant, for misconduct. The girl was brought before the bench on a similar charge a few weeks ago. Complainant requested that the bench would order that the girl be discharged from her service, as if she returned, she would be of no use to them. The girl had no money wherewith to pay the costs, amounting to 10s. and was ordered to go back to her place, until she had earned sufficient to do so, and then be discharged from service.Saturday, July 4th, 1846.
