At the Saracen's Head Inn, in Shirley aforesaid, on Tuesday, the second day of October next, at six o'clock in the evening, subject to such conditions as will then and there produced:FREEHOLD COTTAGE AND PREMISES

A substantially and well-built COTTAGE, with yard, garden, orchard, and requisite outbuildings; and also all that piece of rich old turf land, called the Leys, thereto adjoining, situate at Shirley aforesaid, and containing altogether (including the site of the cottage) two acres and three perches or thereabouts, and now in the occupation of Mrs. Chawner, widow. The orchard is well stocked with choice fruit trees, and the whole premises are in good condition.
