Derby Mercury - 25 July 1838

NOTICE is hereby Given, that WILLIAM MORLEY, of Shirley, in the County of Derby. Retailer of beer, hath by Identure of Assignment hearing date the 7th day of July instant, assigned all his estate and effects unto a trustee, in trust for the equal benefit of his creditors who shall execute the same within four months from the date thereof; and that the said assignment is left at my office in Ashborne, for perusal and execution. And such creditors who shall refuse or neglect to execute the same within the period aforesaid, will be excluded all benefit arising therefrom.
All persons indebted to the said William Morley, are requested to pay the amount of their respective debts at my office forthwith, otherwise proceedings will commence to recover the same.
