Valuable Freehold Messuage & Land,
AT SHIRLEY.
TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION,

At the house of Mr. Samuel Morley, in Shirley, in the County of Derby, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of June instant, at 6 o'clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions to be then produced:
A good convenient MESSUAGE or DWELLING HOUSE, now occupied as a BEER HOUSE, with the cow house, garden, orchard, and three crofts or pieces of land, thereto belonging, situate at Shirley aforesaid, containing together about four acres, in possession of said Samuel Morley, who will shew the same.
