VALUABLE FARM AT SHIRLEY OLD PARK.
TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION,

At the Green Man Inn, in Ashborne, in the County of Derby, on Saturday, the 7th day of May, 1825, at four o'clock in the afternoon, in ONE LOT, subject to conditions then and there to be produced;
A valuable FARM at SHIRLEY OLD PARK, in the Parish of Shirley, and the County of Derby, consisting of a good farm house with suitable outbuildings, and several closes of land of freehold tenure, containing by recent admeasurement 50A. 0R. 29P. or thereabouts, in the possession of Wm. Dakin.
Printed descriptive particulars of the property, containing the names and quantities, and state of cultivation inclosures, and other information, may be had by application to the tenant, or auctioneer, or at the office of Mr. Curzon, in Derby, or Mr. Bennett, Surveyor, Tutbury.— A plan of the estate may also be seen on application to any of the above persons.
