At the house of Mr. Robert Goodall, the sign of the Saracen's Head, Shirley, in the County of Derby, on Thursday the 14th day of March, 1805, betwixt the hours of one and three o'clock in the afternoon;

LOT 1.

TWO pieces of rich Meadow land situate at Shirley, within one mile of the Turnpike Road leading from Ashborne to Derby, containing by estimation six acres or thereabouts, be the same more or less, in the respective possessions of Mr. Humphrey Thompson, and Mr. William Jackson; The Land Tax is redeemed, and immediate possession may be had as soon as purchased if required.

LOT 2.

A stack of excellent HAY, standing on the aforementioned land, containing by estimation, nine tons, or thereabouts, be the same more or less.
