Derby Mercury - 23 March 1797

TO BE LET,
And entered upon Lady-day next,
A neat dwelling HOUSE, situate at Shirley, near Ashborne, in the County of Derby, consisting of house, parlour, 2 chambers, a large garret, a very good cellar and kitchen if required, a good garden well planted with choice fruit trees, with all necessary outbuildings; likewise, good leg for a cow or two, if required.
Also to be sold by auction on the same premises, on the 30th inst., all the household furniture.
