Mr. H. D. HOLYOAK is honoured with instructions from Mr. W. Mason (who is giving up the farm), to SELL by AUCTION, on Thursday, December the 7th, 1893, the whole of his valuable LIVE FARMING STOCK, FARM PRODUCE, manure, &c., comprising—
20BEASTS. Viz. 1 choice short horned, in-calf cow (at hand), 1 ditto to calve Jan. 1st: ditto, ditto for the 27th: 2 ditto for for February, 2 barren ditto (in milk), 2 ditto heifers (in milk), 2 in-calf ditto, in-calf stirk, barren ditto, 7 yearling heifer calves.
PIGS — 5 strong stores.
HORSES — grey cart horse, 11 years old, 17 hands high, a very excellent worker, brown cob, good in harness, and very useful.
FARM PRODUCE — 2 stacks of prime Meadow hay, harvested without rain (to go off), quantity of swede turnips (in lots).
20 tons of manure (in lots). Also, the grass keep over the farm, in llots, to suit purchasers. Sale to commence at 11.30.
