FREEHOLD MESSUAGES AND GARDENS,
AT SHIRLEY, IN THE COUNTY OF DERBY.
TO SOLD BY AUCTION,
Mr. By Mr. BROWNSON
(by direction of the Trustees for sale under the will of the late Mr. William Maskery, joiner, deceased), at the Saracen’s Head Inn, in Shirley, TUESDAY, the 8th day of November, 1864, at Five o’clock in the Evening, in one lot, and subject such conditions os will then read :
All those FOUR FREEHOLD MESSUAGES, with the buildings, gardens, and appurtenances thereunto belonging. situate at Shirley aforesaid, three of which are in the occupation of Mr. Joseph Swindell, Mr. George Smith, and Mr. Thomas Maskery, and the other was recently occupied the late Mrs. Maskery, but is now untenanted. The Messuages have been substantially built by the late owner, within recent period, and offer good investment. Any further information may had on application to Messrs. EDENSOR and BAMFORD, Solicitors, Ashbourne.
