SHIRLEY near ASHBORNE
IN THE COUNTY OF DERBY.
TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION,

At the house of Mr Robert Goodall, the Saracen's Head Inn, Shirley, on WEDNESDAY, the 16th day of November next, at six o'clock in the evening, subject to such conditions as will be then produced;
ALL that FREEHOLD MESSUAGE or DWELLING HOUSE, and premises, contain house, Parlour, kitchen, dairy and three bedrooms, together with blacksmith's shop, shed and gardens, in the occupation of widow Gadsby, eligible situated in the centre of the pleasant village of Shirley.
