SHIRLEY COMMON, NEAR BRAILSFORD,

On the premises of the late Mr. William Maskery, on THURSDAY next, the 18th day of November, 1852.
A SUPERIOR incalf cow, barren cow, incalf stirk, five incalf heifers, fat pig, three hives of bees, stack of excellent hay, with winter eating of two closes adjoining, containing about five acres, until the 24th day of March next, with the accommodation of cow house; a small quantity of turnips and potatoes, upwards of 80 cheeses,in lots; three ladders, lot of short planks, cart wraiths & spokes, sundry implements, two joiners' work benches, grind-stone, dairy utensils, three barrels, HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, &c., &c.
Sale to commence at eleven o'clock.
