Messrs. HARDY AND HARDY have received instructions from the Executors of the late Rev. W. R. Linton, to SELL by AUCTION, on the premises on Wednesday, June 24th 1908:—
The valuable surplus household FURNITURE, including the contents of the reception rooms, upright piano by Metzler and Co. American organ by G. Butler, a 6ft. sideboard in walnut, fire-proof safe by Milner; BEDROOM APPOINTMENTS including two complete suites, several double and single bedsteads, household linen, several oriental style and Axminster carpets, lace and tapestry curtains; the kitchen utensils and sundries; outdoor effects; DOG CART with lamps &c., complete; harness; 3 lawn mowers, 22 inch lawn roller, garden seats and chairs; GREENHOUSE with staging, boiler and piping complete; also a quantity of greenhouse plants and other effects.
