LEGAL NOTICES.
RE KATHERINE METCALFE deceased

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925. Notice is hereby given that aii persons having any claims against the estate of Katherine Metcalfe late of Shirley in the County of Derby Wife of William Ayrton Metcalfe (who died on the 29th day of May 1930 and whose Will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry on the 27th day of June 1930 by Charles Kirk the sole Executor therein named) are hereby required to send in the particulars of their claims to the undersigned or before the Bth day of November 1930 after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims of which he shall then have had notice; and he will not be liable for the assets so distributed to any person whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
