SHIRLEY F.C. FUNDS HELPED

The annual whist drive and dance arranged by Mr. E. Gilman, secretary of Shirley Football Club, in aid of the Club funds was held at Shirley Schoolroom. The M.C.s. were Mr. R. Twigge (whist) and Mr.Gilman (dancing). The Vicar, the Rev. W. W. H. Nash, presented prizes to Mrs. N. Normanshaw, Mrs. E. Green, and Messrs. B. Goodall, E. Goodall, T. Taylor, and F. Green.
