CHEAP WICKETS AT SHIRLEY
L.M.S. PATTERNS WIN LOW-SCORING GAME
Only one player reached double figures a low-scoring match between Shirley and L.M.S. Patterns at Shirley. Shirley were dismissed for 31, and the L.M.S. side, who lost four of their first six men for " dneks," won by 12 runs. Downing (L.M.S.) took six wickets for 15 runs, and Caudwell was the highest scorer with 10.
