On Tuesday first meeting of the creditors Charles Wheeldon. carter, of 101, Sutherland-road, New Normanton and lately a farmer, Shirley, was held at the offices of the Official Receiver. Mr. Stone. Full-street, Derby. From the debtor's statement of affairs his gross liabilities are £134 7s. 3d., of which sum £122 7s. 3d. was expected to rank for dividend. His assets amount to £48, thus fearing a deficiency £74 3d. The bankrupt attributed his insolvency to losses on the farm. No resolutions were passed and tho estate remains in the hands the Official Receiver.
