Mr. H. D. HOLYOAK has received instructions to SELL by AUCTION, on Monday, ?? Feb. 1900, on the above farm, in the occupation of Mrs. Jane and Mrs. Rose Ann Normanshaw, the whole of the valuable live FARMING STOCK, comprising 4 in-calf dairy cows, 2 ditto stirks, 4 yearling heifer calves, black mare (in foal) aged, 4 young pigs and poultry.
Also the whole of the modern FARM IMPLEMENTS, HOUSEHOLD FURNITURE, DAIRY UTENSILS, &c., &c.
