ALL that capital FARMHOUSE, situate at Shirley, containing parlour, houseplace, kitchen, bakehouse, dairy and three bedrooms, with a yard in the rear.
Also, good and substantial brick and tiled Buildings, containing cowhouse with tying for seven cows, piggeries with loft over, stable for two horses, calf-house, gig-house, cart shed, and loose box with lofts over.
Also a large and productive Orchard and Paddock.
Together with SIX CLOSES of OLD GRASS LAND adjacent to the said Messuage, known by the names and containing the quantities following, i.e.:—
