On THURSDAY, the 19th day of May, 1892, at the SARACEN'S HEAD INN, at Shirley aforesaid, at 6 o'clock p.m. prompt, subject to the Common Form Conditions of the Derby Law Society, and such special conditions as maybe then read, and together in lots as may be decided upon at the time of sale:—
ALL that capital FARMHOUSE, situate at Shirley, containing parlour, houseplace, kitchen, bakehouse, dairy and three bedrooms, with a yard in the rear.
Also, good and substantial brick and tiled Buildings, containing cowhouse with tying for seven cows, piggeries with loft over, stable for two horses, calf-house, gig-house, cart shed, and loose box with lofts over.
Also a large and productive Orchard and Paddock.
Together with SIX CLOSES of OLD GRASS LAND adjacent to the said Messuage, known by the names and containing the quantities following, i.e.:—
