EMPLOYERS' AND WORKMAN'S ACT.— Arthur Stone, a farm labourer, in the employ of Thomas Wheeldon, of Shirley, farmer, was summoned for leaving his master's employ without authority, and 30s. was claimed as damages.— The bench allowed 5s. damages and costs, 14s., and gave 14 days time for payment.
