The Creditors of Mr. THOMAS BROWN
WHEREAS THOMAS BROWN, of Shirley, in the county of Derby, farmer, hath by indentures of Lease and Release conveyed all his estates and Effects to Mr. Thomas Barker, of Caston, Mr. Francis Bagshaw, of Newton Grange, and Mr. Thomas Archer, of Coney Green, for the benefit of themselves and such other of the Creditors who shall execute the same within One Month from the date hereof; at the expiration of which time a Dividend will be made.
