TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION,

At the Saracen's Head, in Shirley, in the county of Derby, on Thursday, the 18th day of May instant, at four o'clock in the afternoon, subject to such conditions as will then be produced.
A FREEHOLD ESTATE, consisting of a newly-erected Messuage and about 6 acres of good meadow land, at Shirley, aforesaid, in the possession of Mr Francis Mason, who will shew the premises.
