At the hotel of Mr. Wallis called "The Green Man and Black's Head," in Ashborne, on SATURDAY, November 19, 1864, at four for five o'clock in the afternoon, subject to the conditions of sale to be then produced;
ALL the CLOSES, PIECES or PARCELS of rich MEADOW and PASTURE LAND, called the "Coach Meadows," in the Parish of Shirley, and containing 8A. 2R. 19P., be the same, more or less, and now in the occupation of Mr. W Gadsby, whose tenancy will expire at Christmas next.
The above closes are pleasantly situated near a good road, about five miles from the market town of Ashborne, and are abundantly supplied with water from never-failing springs. They are also tithe free.
