SHIRLEY IN THE COUNTY OF DERBY
TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION

At the Saracen's Head Inn, in Shirley, on MONDAY, October the 6th, 1862, at four o'clock in the afternoon, subject to conditions then to be produced.
A FIELD of excellent freehold and old turf LAND situate in Shirley aforesaid, called the Bent Meadow, containing four acres or thereabouts, and now in the occupation of Mr John Wood.
Further particulars may be obtained from the AUCTIONEER, or from Mr. Yeomans, of Shirley, who will show the land.
