THIS truly important and valuable FARMING STOCK and EFFECTS, comprise 17 in-calf cows. 3 barren Cows, 5 in-calf heifers, 7 in-calf and barren stirks, 6 cow calves, two year-old bull, valuable brown mare, six years, in foal; ditto black ditto, aged, in foal capital grey Colt, rising three; bay cob, rising four- aged brown pony; black filly. rising two ; chestnut cart colt, rising three; two foals, ten far wethers, twelve fat and in-lambed eves; four ewe and two tap hogs, two fat pigs, three store ditto, quantity of geese and fowls, Swede turnips, in lots, three stacks of well-gotten hay, four do. wheat, four do. oats one do. oats and dills, one do. barley, two do barley straw, fne do. wheat straw, band thrashed. The whole to go.
The WINTER EATING Of the FARM, in Lots, until the 24tb March, 1858. The IMPLEMENTS consist of broad and narrow-wheeled waggons and carts, with wraithes; large water cart, spring cart, Stone and wooden laud-rollers, garden roller, ploughs, harrow, skedger horse hoe, excellent sheep cratch, on wheels; winnowing machine, straw engine, quantity of oak fleaks in lots; three cow cribs, rick poles, long and Short ladders joiner's work bench, cross-cut saws, bonny rake, hay Takes and forks, spades, shovels, hacks, picks, crowbars, weeding tongs, shaft and chain gearing, plough Pads, harness, and a variety of other farming effects,
N.B. Should the whole of the effects described in the advertisement and be disposed of on MONDAY, the 30th instant. The Implements of Husbandry will be reserved to be sold with the Dairy Utensils and other articles at a future sale.
