Thos. Gibbs. Also, a newly-erected BUILDING heretofore used as a butcher's shop, and which may at a very trifling expense be converted into a carriage house; good stable for 3 horses, cow house and other necessary outbuildings, and FOUR CLOSES of exceedingly rich LAND adjoining, containing together about 12 acres, in possession of Mr Rix.
