At the house of Mr. Robert Goodall, the Saracen's Head Inn, in the county of Derby, on THURSDAY, the 2d day of March next, at 6 o'clock in the evening, subject to conditions then to be produced unless previously disposed of by Private Contract, of which notice will be given.
ALL that newly-erected MESSUAGE or DWELLING HOUSE, comprising sitting-room, parlour, kitchen and brewhouse, on the ground floor, with excellent cellering underneath the same; four best bed-rooms, two attics and store room, eligibly situated in the centre of the very pleasant village of Shirley aforesaid, with the Garden and Orchard (well planted with choice fruit trees), Shrubbery and other appurtenances thereto belonging, in possesion of the Rev. Thos. Gibbs. Also, a newly-erected BUILDING heretofore used as a butcher's shop, and which may at a very trifling expense be converted into a carriage house; good stable for 3 horses, cow house and other necessary outbuildings, and FOUR CLOSES of exceedingly rich LAND adjoining, containing together about 12 acres, in possession of Mr Rix.
The above premises are desirably situated for the residence of a Genteel family, adjoin good roads, and are distant from the market town of Ashbourn five, and from Derby nine miles.
