At Shirley Mill in the county of Derby
On Monday and Tuesday, 2nd and 3rd of December, 1816.
The sale to commence each morning at 10 o'clock.

THIS sale consists of one waggon, three narrow wheeled carts, one broad wheel cart, three draught horses, four fat pigs, gearing for four horses, two ricks of new hay, part of a rick of old hay, stack of oats, 190 cheeses in lots, 150 sacks, together with a great variety of farming utensils; also the whole of the neat and useful household furniture, brewing vessels &c. &c.
