At the house of Robert Goodall, the sign of the Saracen's Head, in Shirley, in the county of Derby, on Tuesday the 14th of October, 1828, between the hours of three and six o'clock in the afternoon, subject to such conditions as will then be produced.
LOT 1 — A MESSUAGE or Dwelling house, consisting of house place, parlor, cellar, two chambers, attic, stable, garden, and other appurtenances thereto belonging, to now in the possession of Miss Ann Pegge. Also a HOUSE adjoining, consisting of house place chamber, and other appurtenances there to belonging, in possession of William Dale.
This Lot being in the centre, and pleasantly situated in the Village of Shirley, is a good situation for trade, or any any person retired from business.
LOT 2. — A Piece of Meadow Land, called the Smithy Croft, tythe free, and near to the last lot, containing three Roods, be the same more or less, in the possession of Mr. Joseph Pegge.
LOT 3. — A Piece of Arable land, called the Field Piece, inclosed and now seeded, containing two Acres, one Rood, and thirty-four Perches, be the same more or less, in the possession of Mr. Joseph Pegge.
The purchaser may have immediate possession. if required.
