MR. WHITE will SELL by AUCTION, at the House of Mr. Rix, in Shirley, in the County of Derby, on WEDNESDAY, the 24th day of May instant, at Six o'clock in the Afternoon, subject to conditions to be then produced, in the following or such other lots as may be agreed upon unless previously disposed of by Private Contract, of which due notice will be given:-

Lot	1	A close of pasture land called carrows.	4	0	0
	2	Two closes of meadow land called The Stocker and New Close.	3	0	22
	3	A close of meadow land called the Red Marsh.	0	2	34
	4	A close of meadow land called the Goslings.	3	1	27
	5	A close of meadow land called the Flats.	2	0	27
	6	A close of meadow land called the Moors.	4	2	13
			18	0	3

The Longford Brook, noted for its splendid fishery, runs through this Lot.
The whole of the above Lands are well timbered and watered, and of exceeding rich quality, situate in and close to the village of Shirley, in the county of Derby, now in the occupation of Mr. Rix.
Immediate possession may be had.
All or any part of the purchase money may remain on security if required.
