HOUSE and LAND at SHIRLEY
TO BE SOLD BY AUCTION

At the house of Mr. Robert Goodall, in Shirley, in the county of Derby, on Monday, the 3rd day of March next, at 5 o'clock in the afternoon;
A FARM-HOUSE or tenement, newly erected, with suitable outbuildings, in good repair, and several CLOSES of land in good condition lying contiguous thereto, and containing together by estimation 28 acres or thereabouts.
The Land Tax is redeemed, and the premises are in the occupation of Mr Samuel Yeomans who will shew the same.
