FREEHOLD PROPERTY AT SHIRLEY
TO BE SOLD AT AUCTION

At the House. of Mr Robert Goodall, of the Saracen's Head, in Shirley, in the county of Derby, on the 8th day December next, at 5 o'clock in the afternoon subject to conditions to be then produced.
ALL Messuage or Dwelling house called CLUBWOOD LODGE situate in the parish of SHIRLEY, aforesaid, with the Outbuildings, Garden appurtenances thereto belonging, and FOUR CLOSES of good pasture land adjoining, well watered, called the Croft the Clover Close, and the Rough, containing together about seven acres, now in possession of Mr. Samuel Wright, and Sarah Twigg his tenant.
Mr Wright will shew the premises; and of Mr Fox, Attorney, Ashbourne any further information may be obtained.
N.B. The Purchaser may, if required, be accommodated with any part of the purchase money on approved security with reduced rates of Interest
