A good convenient FARM HOUSE with suitable Outbuildings Yard, Garden, Orchard and Appurtenances to the same belonging; and also Three Closes or Pieces of rich meadow and pasture Land adjoining, called the Croft, the Holly Croft, and the Stubble containing together about 10 acres.Lot 2
Two CLOSES or Parcels of Land called Derby Pitts containing together about five acres.The above Estate is situated at Shirley aforesaid, distant four miles only from the own of Ashborne, and nine from Derby and is now in possession of Mr Thomas Strong, who will shew the same.
